Helping more people live a healthy life
Falck wanted to expand and strengthen its brand position within private healthcare subscriptions to B2C and B2B customers. We worked closely with Falck, developed a marketing strategy, communication concept, and creative execution of a national campaign with the concept line “We take care of you and your health. That’s what we’re here for”. The campaign included TVC, print, SoMe, and digital content that served to position Falck as a professional provider of healthcare subscription services.
How it began
Building on a core value position
Among Danish consumers, Falck is a renowned and respected provider of emergency services within ambulance and firefighting, as well as roadside assistance services. However, since the launch of Falck’s new corporate strategy, “Care for More” in 2021, the ambition has been to help more people live a healthy life with the launch of new healthcare subscription services to private consumers and businesses.
Developing the solution
A brand evolution
Building on previous market insights, we started identifying strategically desired value propositions across Falck’s product verticals. Based on the identified value propositions, our creative team worked on how they could be incorporated into compelling narratives that would balance all messages in the most ideal way while continuing to evolve the brand.
In close collaboration with Falck, the selected narrative was developed into the communication concept “Vi passer på dig og din sundhed. Det er det, vi er her for” (translated as “We take care of you and your health. That’s what we’re here for”).
The outcome
Unfolding the story
With a comprehensive storyline spanning various product verticals, we collaborated closely with Falk on how all content should be rolled out across the marketing funnel to ensure consistency and effectiveness in both brand and tactical KPIs.
We developed an overarching brand film of 60 seconds and cut-downs of 40 seconds and 25 seconds, as well as print and outdoor advertising, SoMe, and digital content. As part of the deliverables, we also produced a 25-second TVC on patient transportation and digital content for roadside assistance services based on the “We take care of you and your health” main film to run in rotation with the brand campaign, achieving overall synergy effects.
