Viega

The future of
construction is digital

Introduction

From event concept to positioning

Viega is committed to digital construction, including the BIM methodology. To support this, the company launched the service concept Viega Building Intelligence. It also created the most advanced seminar center in the industry, where it hosts a wide range of educational events on digital construction. Our first task was to develop a concept for marketing these events, followed by a campaign positioning Viega as a partner for digital construction.

How it began

Expertise for the future of construction

As a global leader in installation technology, Viega recognized early on that the future of construction lies in digitalization. Its new seminar center, Viega World, and its BIM-designed digital twin showcase this vision. With interactive exhibits and transparent walls, the building itself becomes a spectacular live learning experience and venue for seminars, training sessions, and conferences. These events needed to be promoted to various target groups through a comprehensive concept.

Developing the solution

A unified concept for events

Together with Viega, we developed TGA.Digital – a communication concept that brings together professional seminars, conferences, expert talks, and the introductory BIM experience. This involved creating a key visual for presentations, as well as banners, posters, animations, and a program booklet. The first TGA.Digital BIM conference, featuring renowned experts, was well attended. Our goal was to strengthen Viega’s position as a key partner in digital construction, especially in addressing industry challenges like climate change and skilled labor shortages.

The outcome

A striking campaign for digital construction

The campaign “Changing the facts together” was developed to position Viega Building Intelligence as a key driver of digital transformation. Bold statistics such as “170,000 workers will be missing in the construction industry by 2030” were contrasted with the advantages of digital construction to demonstrate how Viega helps save time and effort. The campaign elements included inserts, ads, and social media posts. The impact was twofold: the campaign not only increased awareness for Viega Building Intelligence but also served as a strong conversion tool, driving engagement with TGA.Digital events and Viega’s consulting services.
