As companies have witnessed a change in their customers’ purchasing behaviour and a fragmentation of the media landscape, they are rethinking the way they interact with their customers. In line with these changes, investment in social media is becoming the norm. Yet we often see a huge gap between the commercial priorities and output of these channels.  

At Kunde & Co, we believe social media should address commercial objectives and be an integrated part of the marketing mix – not a standalone channel for gimmicks and short-sighted engagement. We also address the channel with the same analytical and strategic rigour as we do with more mature channels.

Over the last five years, we have helped some of Europe’s largest companies use social media as a business driver, and today we employ more than 20 dedicated professionals within this field. We have conducted a wide range of social media audits and orchestrated social media presence for both national and international companies.
